An AI layer that looks after the stay.

Quickgick reads each stay, notices the moments that matter, and decides whether the hotel should act, ask a person, wait or stay quiet. Guests reach it on WhatsApp or a web link. Your team works from one queue, where every request has an owner and a promised time.

Offer to arrange dinner before the kitchen closes. A person approves, edits or rejects it; unapproved, it expires at 10:30 PM.

Checked first: consent to contact, quiet hours, no open complaint. Recorded with its reasons.

01During a stay

What Quickgick does, moment by moment.

A stay has predictable moments. Quickgick is designed to see each one coming and put it in front of the right person while there is still time to act.

  1. A suite made ready at dusk, with a covered tray at the foot of the bed

    01Before arrival

What the guest has already said

Quickgick notices. A later arrival, an anniversary, a cot, an allergy mentioned in a message or the stay form.

Your team. Sees it on the arrivals list before the guest walks in.

  2. A chef in an ivory jacket garnishes a bowl of dal at the kitchen pass, with a basket of rotis

    02Arrival night

The problem the guest has not met yet

Quickgick notices. An arrival after the kitchen closes, with no dinner arranged.

Your team. Gets a drafted offer of dinner, and approves it before it is sent.

  3. A housekeeping attendant knocks at a carved teak guest-room door, holding folded towels

    03During the stay

    Every request, in one place

Quickgick notices. Requests and complaints on WhatsApp or the web, in the guest's language or a voice note.

Your team. Gets each one in the queue with a department, an owner and a promised time. Overdue requests are escalated.

  4. At first light, a staff member carries a bag out under the entrance porch, past two waiting suitcases

    04Before departure

    What is still open

Quickgick notices. Transport for an early flight, and any problem that has not been fixed.

Your team. Sees open problems first. Nothing promotional goes out while a complaint is open.

02How it decides

It decides when to speak, and when not to.

Most of what Quickgick decides is to send nothing. Every decision, each silence included, is recorded with its reason, so a manager can see why.

  1. 01

    Understand

Reads each message for what was asked, how urgent it is, the language and the mood, next to what it already knows about the stay.

  2. 02

    Check

Runs fixed checks in the same order every time: consent, quiet hours, the daily limit, open complaints. If any check fails, nothing is sent.

  3. 03

    Act or hold

Turns the moment into a task for staff, a message for a person to approve, or a recorded decision to wait or stay quiet.

  1. Act

A guest asks for towels. The request goes straight to housekeeping with a promised time, and the guest can follow it.

Example: extra towels for Room 118

  2. Ask a person

A late arrival with no dinner arranged. Quickgick drafts an offer and the front desk approves, edits or rejects it.

Example: dinner before the kitchen closes

  3. Wait

A useful idea at the wrong moment, such as a suggestion during quiet hours. It waits until it would be welcome, or expires.

Example: a spa suggestion at 11 PM

  4. Stay quiet

A guest with an open complaint, or one who said no today. Nothing promotional is sent, and the reason is kept.

Example: the air conditioner in Room 312 is still not fixed

The rules it keeps

  • It contacts a guest only after they have agreed to hear from the hotel.
  • Quiet hours, by default from 10 PM to 8 AM.
  • By default, at most two messages a day that it starts itself, at least three hours apart.
  • Nothing promotional while a complaint is open.
  • A day of quiet after a guest says no.
  • Fixing a service problem always involves a person.
  • If a message may not have gone, a person checks it; it is never sent twice.
  • After 24 hours without a word from the guest, only templates Meta has approved.

03What people see

Two screens: one for the guest, one for your team.

Guests keep using the apps they already have. Staff get one place for everything guests ask for.

For guests

WhatsApp, or a link that opens in the browser

Guests write to the hotel's WhatsApp number or open their stay link, which goes straight into their stay without an account or a download.

  • Ask for anything, order from the menu and book the hotel's services
  • Follow each request from accepted to done
  • See the stay so far, including the bill
  • Write or send a voice note in their own language, and get replies in it

For your team

One queue, with an owner and a time on every request

Front desk, housekeeping, the kitchen and managers each see what is theirs to do, on a computer or a phone.

  • Complaints and urgent requests first, with timers
  • A promised time set when the request arrives, and escalation when it slips
  • Guest conversations to read, take over and hand back
  • Today's arrivals, in-house guests and departures, and a manager's view of the day
  • Seven roles, so each person sees only what their job needs

The screens are illustrations, not screenshots. Rooms, times and messages are examples.

04Your PMS

Your PMS runs the property. Quickgick looks after the stay.

Quickgick works alongside your property management system. It needs to know who is staying and when; the rest stays where it is.

What Quickgick uses

  • Reservations and arrivals, from a daily export your PMS can already produce (a CSV file)
  • Check-ins, walk-ins and check-outs your front desk records in the Quickgick console
  • What guests tell it: arrival time, occasions, allergies and preferences
  • Your services, menu, prices and hours, set up with our team

What stays in your PMS

  • Rooms, rates, availability and the guest folio
  • Billing and payments
  • Quickgick does not write anything back to your PMS

There is no direct connection to a named PMS yet. The daily export works with any PMS that can produce one. PMS or guest experience platform: do you need both?

05Limits

Where the AI stops and people decide.

The AI suggests. Code checks the rules. People decide what matters.

Quickgick never

  • Marks a task as done. Only staff can.
  • Sets or invents a price.
  • Tells a guest a dish is safe for their allergy.
  • Promises availability, or a time the hotel has not set.
  • Takes payments or changes your PMS.

A person decides

  • Anything the AI cannot place: it goes to the front desk with the guest's own words.
  • How to put things right after a complaint.
  • Messages Quickgick starts itself, during a pilot. Offers the hotel writes can be set to go out automatically, inside the same rules.

06Guest data

Guest data, kept to one hotel.

Each hotel's records are kept apart by the database itself, and a guest is never matched across hotels.

How it is protected

  • Each hotel's data is separated in the database, and the separation is tested automatically.
  • Guest phone numbers are encrypted.
  • Staff sign in by invitation only, and see what their role allows.
  • AI decisions, stay links and key staff actions are kept in an audit trail.

Where it is, and for how long

  • Guest records are stored in India, in Mumbai.
  • Messages are read by AI models from Anthropic and Google, through Amazon and Google cloud services, which may process them outside India.
  • Voice notes are turned into text; the audio is not kept.
  • Personal details are removed from raw incoming messages after 30 days.
  • A guest's link closes to new requests at checkout, and stops working seven days later.

Questions

Questions hotels ask about the product

What is Quickgick?

Quickgick is an AI-powered guest experience layer for hotels. It reads each stay, notices moments that matter, such as a late arrival or an open complaint, and decides whether the hotel should act, ask a person, wait or stay quiet. Guests use WhatsApp or a web link; staff work from one queue. It is in private preview.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests write to the hotel's WhatsApp number or open a link to their stay in the browser, without an account or a password.

Does Quickgick replace our PMS?

No. Your PMS keeps rooms, rates, availability and billing. Quickgick looks after the stay: guest requests, conversations and the moments worth acting on. It does not write anything back to your PMS.

Which PMS does Quickgick work with?

Any PMS that can export reservations as a CSV file each day. There is no direct connection to a named PMS yet. Your front desk can also record check-ins, walk-ins and check-outs in the Quickgick console.

Will Quickgick message guests on its own?

Not at first. A pilot starts with two weeks or more of watching only, when Quickgick sends just replies, receipts and status updates. After that, a person approves each message it starts. Offers the hotel writes itself can be set to go out automatically, always inside consent, quiet hours and the daily limit.

Which languages does Quickgick reply in?

The guest's own. That includes Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Urdu, as well as Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Japanese. Guests can also send voice notes. Staff read every conversation in English.

Where is guest data stored?

Guest records are stored in India, in Mumbai, and each hotel's data is kept separate. Messages are read by AI models from Anthropic and Google, whose processing may happen outside India. Voice-note audio is not kept.

How much does Quickgick cost?

There is no public list price. A pilot is a platform subscription fee plus a commission of 8–12% on services Quickgick helps sell, agreed with each hotel before it starts.
